Yes Dental Tenant Improvement
The “Yes” Dental Tenant Improvement project was one that DARE-CASE handled from the inception of the project to the finish. It was a true design build project in which DC helped our Customers find the property, and worked through the design process with our Clients to ensure that the best value for their 2,200 square foot space was achieved. The project was a complete demo of the existing space and rebuild to the design specifications. The space included 8 operatories, lab and sterilization, Dr. offices, and a break room.
This project was delivered on time and within the budget.
