Darrin’s experience in construction began in 1998 as a laborer and frame . He has worked as a concrete labor, insulator, and as an excavator laborer. Darrin received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University. Darrin has worked for large builders such as Hensel Phelps Construction, and FCI constructors for over 13 years. Darrin also has several years’ experience in building homes. All of his experience has led him to be well rounded in all aspects of site management and construction.
Darrin’s project experience ranges from a small door replacement projects and home remodels of a few thousand dollars to the large projects like the Sacramento City Hall project which was budgeted at $80 million dollars. He is focused on getting each project within their owner’s budget and on schedule. Darrin is well versed in value engineering, design build projects, government contract administration, submittals, contracts, subcontracts, and scheduling. He also has extensive experience working with different lending agencies and will work with them to meet their billing requirements.
